Dr. Kristen Fondren serves as Head of School at Hiland Park Christian Academy and brings more than a decade of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, reading specialist, school administrator, district leader, and School Improvement Specialist with the Florida Department of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, a Master’s degree in Education from the University of West Florida, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. A member of Hiland Park since she was 14 years old, Dr. Fondren has a longstanding personal connection to the church and its ministry. She is passionate about building a Christ-centered school where academic excellence, biblical truth, and strong character equip students to thrive academically and spiritually.
